La Bocciofila piovatese, che porta il nome del benefattore Antonio Peiro, è un’associazione sportiva dilettantistica che ha tra i suoi scopi lo sviluppo e la diffusione dell’attività sportiva, in primo luogo il gioco delle bocce, nonché l’aggregazione sociale e l’attività ricreativa.
La sua sede, dotata di servizio bar e pizzeria, si trova dove un tempo sorgeva l’alambicco per la distillazione della menta e proprio sulla scia di questa antica tradizione, oggi è qui possibile fermarsi per degustare un mojito o qualsiasi altra bibita al sapore di menta!

Donna Sole - Olio EVO
La storia centenaria dell’olio EVO secondo l’Agricola Monticelli. Il nostro olio, fiore all’occhiello di una tradizione familiare, si presenta alla vista con un colore verde chiaro e con riflessi brillanti, all’olfatto con una nota erbacea con contaminazione di mandorle e al gusto con un equilibrio di sentori tra l’amaro e il piccante: armonia per tutti i vostri sensi.
Disponibile in bottiglie da 500ml e 750ml, o in lattine da 250ml, 1l, 3l e 5l.
Donna Sole - Monocultivar Ascolana
L’Ascolana Tenera è un’oliva di notevoli dimensioni, di solito coltivata per essere consumata intera. Noi dell’Agricola Monticelli invece la spremiamo per ottenere un ottimo olio dal colore verde intenso e dal sentore di pomodoro verde, percepibile sia all’olfatto che al gusto. A sottolinearne la particolarità, anche una leggera nota piccante.
L’elevata qualità nutrizionale e salutistica è indicata dall’eccellente rapporto tra grassi saturi e insaturi.
Un olio da veri intenditori.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.
